All Sales Are Final

Thank you for shopping with Studio NuraKith. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@nurakith.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us at studio@nirakith.com.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period 

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at studio@nirakith.com to initiate this process.

 

Refunds 

We do not offer refunds except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or where required by law (such as the EU cooling off period above). If your refund has been approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at studio@nirakith.com.
